By front loading annual lease payments to the property owner, Ecogy Energy was able to subsidize 90% of the cost to install a brand new 20 year roof prior to the solar installation. Giving community members of Western Massachusetts the option to support local, renewable energy, this 267 kW community solar system will provide energy discounts to over 26 residents and businesses
